The Grounded Summit is a two-day immersive opportunity for shared learning, collaboration and inspired action. Hosted at a private Sonoma estate, this unique environmental summit integrates mindful connection with the planet, informative and inspiring speakers, top culinary talent & wines, climate change artists and filmmakers.
From the early afternoon of March 20th, through the evening of March 21st, Grounded will offer keynotes, panels, experiential breaks, unforgettable culinary experiences, and a special musical finale, all in a beautiful, vineyard setting.
Thank you for your interest in supporting the inaugural Grounded Summit. We have many opportunities available and welcome the chance to explore how Grounded can support your organization’s goals. Please contact our team at email@example.com to set up a time to discuss how we might collaborate.
Grounded Summit takes place on a private property near Santa Rosa, California. The venue is accessible via an array of different modes of transportation:
Santa Rosa is just 68 miles north (~1h 30m) of two major Bay Area airports, San Francisco International (SFO) and Oakland International (OAK). Major carriers including Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, and United Airlines make getting to Santa Rosa easy and convenient by offering daily non-stop flights to and from the Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport (STS), which is around 15 minutes from our partner hotel.
Car rentals, as well as car shares, are available at Sonoma County Airport as well as San Francisco International or Oakland International Airports. Other transportation options include:

The summit will also be supplying shuttle service between the event grounds and hotel. If you are not able to make it to Grounded with shared transportation, we will provide a parking area near the event location and shuttle you in.
Grounded Summit will be offering attendees amazing culinary experiences.
